No Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to RE.DIRECT. Please read our No Refund Policy carefully to ensure you understand our terms before purchasing any subscriptions.

Due to the digital nature of our products, which include downloadable content and access to intellectual property, all payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable. Once access has been granted to the digital content, no refunds can be issued.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you are not eligible for a refund of any subscription fees already paid. However, if an administrative fee of $99 was charged at the time of your subscription application, this fee will be refunded to you as long as within 14 days of purchase. The refund of the administrative fee will be processed within TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS following the receipt of your cancellation notice by our company.

Physical Compression Policy After Cancellation: When an individual decides to cancel their subscription, their status will change to “inactive” for 90 days. During this period, they will have the opportunity to resume their subscription and retain any downline they have built. While inactive, their RE.DIRECT sub account will be paused, and they will be unable to access courses and community features. After the 90-day inactive period, the individual will be completely removed from the software, and any downline they have accumulated will be physically compressed to their upline.
